Mostly this was a throw together costume for the last day of Genericon. Pin stripping it was a pain in the butt though. Creme suiting fabric was hard enough to find (Than you Jo Ann's!) But all in all it came out good enough for me for now. I know I have to fix the wig. But that isn't too high on my priority list.

Time Breakdown:
Pants and shirt: Bought
Vest: 4-5 hours
Arm bands: 10 minutes
