Report a Policy Violation
For those who have many watchers, and for those who don’t have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

I have been wanting to do this piece for a long time. Well ever since The new Death note ending theme "Zetsubou Billy" by MAXIMUM THE HORMONE. XD
I'm posting the lyrics at the bottom because really the song is the inspiration for this work. I zoned out for a few minutes listening to this song getting this image recurring in my head. I'm glad how it came out. It's one of the few deviations I have that feel strongly about. So enjoy!
